Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the responses you submitted to this consultation, at any time and at no cost.
How to request deletion
- Email chakshu@theflywheel.in with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Tell us how you took part — web form, chat, voice or phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Include something that lets us find your response: your submission reference if you have it, or the WhatsApp or phone number you used if you responded through those channels.
If you responded on WhatsApp, you can also simply send the word DELETE to the same WhatsApp number you used.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- We delete the associated responses, transcripts and any voice recordings within 30 days.
- We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
What we cannot recover
Analysis already published in aggregate form cannot be reversed, because it no longer contains individual responses. Deleting your response removes it from all future analysis.
